Daily Routine
One of the best ways to increase your level of physical activity is to make small changes to your daily routine
- Walk instead of drive if you are able.
- Bicycle to work.
- Take the stairs instead of the escalator.
- Park your car at the far end of the parking lot to increase your walk.
- Do push-ups or sit-ups for a break during the commercials of your favorite TV shows.
