Rhode Island residents in any major RI cities such as Providence, Bristol, Newport, Westerly Kingston or any other town in the state have two basic options for learning ACLS certification or recertification:

About Rhode Island

Rhode Island is the smallest state in the country and officially became a state in 1790. It is located on the eastern tip of the country along with surrounding states Connecticut and Massachusetts. On the southern border of the state is the Atlantic Ocean coastline and the beautiful Rhode Island Sound. The Sound is connected into many regional waterways, including the Long Island Sound, Block Island Sound, and of course the Atlantic Ocean.

Providence is the capital and the state as a whole is known for its active fishing industry. Fishers from all over the country routinely come to Rhode Island to dip their poles into some of the most amazing waterways in the country.

Providence is also home to a wide variety of museums, including a children's museum that is quite impressive for teaching younger children something educational while on vacation.

Another popular city that attracts many visitors is Woonsocket. Here visitors can enjoy concerts at the Stadium Theatre Performing Arts Center and explore the outdoor wonderland at Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor.
